Ridgemont Nightstand 26" W

I don’t really like going back and forth by email because it feels slow and inconvenient. After I asked whether we could talk by phone, customer service scheduled a time with me and explained the weight capacity, frame material, and tabletop material clearly during the call. After receiving it, the overall quality was about what I expected. The cabinet feels stable, and the drawers open and close smoothly.

I was a little worried before receiving it that the wood tone might look too yellow or too gray. After it arrived, the color difference from the website photos was not big. It is a soft light wood tone overall and works naturally with white bedding and beige walls. The top has a light gray sintered stone pattern, which looks cleaner than a regular wood tabletop.

The space beside my bed is not very large, so before placing the order, I sent customer service the measurements I had available. I mainly wanted to confirm whether the 26-inch width would feel too crowded and whether the top would be stable enough for a lamp and a few books. Customer service recommended this one based on my space, and it fits just right after delivery without blocking the closet door. The sintered stone top feels solid, and it has no problem holding a cup, books, and a lamp for daily use.

My walls and curtains are both light-colored, so a dark brown cabinet would have felt a bit heavy. This one has a softer color and matches the overall bedroom style better. The real wood tone has some variation, so it does not look flat or overly uniform.

I used a wood nightstand before, and water rings from cups were pretty noticeable. This time, I specifically chose one with a sintered stone top. Now I feel more comfortable placing a water cup, diffuser, and lamp on it, and cleaning is quick. I still would not scrape the surface directly with sharp objects, though. Normal care is still needed.

The outer packaging did not have any obvious damage when it arrived, and I did not see any dents or scratches after opening it. The cabinet itself has some weight, so it is better to have two people move it into the bedroom. There was no complicated assembly required, which made it convenient for me.
